health guarantee

All Labradoodle puppies adopted from us come with a 2 year Life Warranty. Should your puppy die of birth defects within two years of life, Great Labradoodle Puppy Home will provide one of the following;

  1. A replacement puppy of equal value.
  2. Or an equivalent of any fee you spent during the adoption process.

Please read to learn the details of our guarantee.

  1. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within fourteen (14) days of adoption. If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, you should contact us and benefit from the health guarantee that we offer.
  2. In the case where you would prefer a puppy replacement and there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference.
  3. To make a claim you must contact us and return your puppy back to us within seven (7) days of your visit to your vet. You need not worry about the displacement charges as we’ll be glad to take care of those. Also, you will need to provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions.
  4. In the case of death of your puppy within the 2 years time frame, an analysis must be made by our veterinarian or a neutral Vet to determine the cause of death, and to ensure that this was not caused by your negligence of the puppy during its stay with you. Proper care of your adopted puppy must include all vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian. We will also verify ALL of your puppy’s health records during this analysis.
